What can each role see?
Read-only connection. This app only ever reads your Shopify orders.
It can never change, cancel or create anything in your store.
Names suggested in the old “Assigned to” box. New names are also saved automatically as they are used.
Each phone that reports its position needs to be registered here once. Positions feed the Dispatch map and every trip’s distance and track.
Time tracking on jobs
When on, staff press Start/Pause on a job and the minutes are counted per person.
When off, jobs still move To do → Started → Done — they are just not timed. Minutes already
recorded are kept either way.

This clears finished work off the system.
Use it once, before the shop goes live, so you start on a clean board.
Nothing dated today or later can be touched. People, cars, branches, the roster
and the number plates are never affected.
